Mothers Day Weekend at Lithia Artisans Market

Erin Reynolds makes handmade soap, a great Mothers Day gift. She is a regular at the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland (LAMA).

The market is near capacity this weekend with 40 artists signed up to participate over the course of the two day market.

We are open Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-5 and located on the alleyway behind the plaza buildings along Ashland Creek.

Happy Mothers Day  from the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland. We appreciate all you moms out there. Yours is one of the most important roles that any of us play. You make the world go around. Thank you for all that you do!

This is an Oregon Opal Pendant created by Buck and Lynn of Greensprings Gems. Another of many great gift items for mothers day at the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland (LAMA).

The weather looks wonderful for a stroll down Calle Guanajuato to see what the local artisans market has to feast your eyes upon. Nowhere else do you get the opportunity to talk one on one with the maker of the item you have in your own hands, pondering a purchase. It’s a great way to spend the day. A nice breakfast or lunch in downtown Ashland, a walk along the creek to admire the wares, and live music throughout the day. There are always plenty of things to see and experience at the market.

This weekend you will discover all kinds of handcrafted jewelry, clothing, woodwork, glass, sculpture, handmade herbal body care products, fine art, leather, photography, and much more. Join us in support of locally crafted wares.

Eric Leadbetter is a singer songwriter who lives in Bend, Oregon. Occasionally he plays at the our market. Having him join us this weekend is a real treat.
