It is officially 4th of July Weekend down along Ashland Creek at the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland (LAMA). We are pleased to announce a very full house this weekend with 45 artisans showing their wares.

This is a great weekend to come out and visit the Lithia Artisans Market along Ashland Creek. Especially Saturday, the weather looks lovely and Calle Guanajuato is totally jam packed with all kinds of handmade items. Jewelry abounds… forged metals, sculpted stones, detailed wire work, from delicate to burly. Woodwork, clothing, fine art, photography, body care products, chair massage, mobiles, pottery, and much more await the market visitor.
Featured in the photo above is local artist Katrina Meister. Katrina joined the artisans market over 10 years ago. She is a home grown artist, born and raised in Ashland. Her family resides in Talent, Oregon, making her one of many artisans who make Talent their home. Her images have great movement to them and the color combinations are stunning. You cannot help but to be drawn into her booth as the rich colors, textures, and imagery seem to speak to the viewer on a deep level. Katrina is almost always at the market and we are super happy to have her and on board as part of our guild of artists.
