The Lithia Artisans Market is rolling right through this wonderful summer. 41 artists and crafty folk will be showing their handcrafted items this weekend, August 24 and 25, along Ashland Creek on Calle Guanajuato in downtown Ashland, Oregon. This talented group of creative people form the basis of a market full of quality items made right here in Southern Oregon. We are blessed to have such a market here in our own backyard.

OPEN SATURDAYS 10-6 AND SUNDAYS 11-5

Featured in the image above is the handcrafted pottery of Lisa Eldredge. While the signature of Lisa’s designs has evolved after 4 years as part of the market, there are themes that reoccur over and over. Horizons, waves, paper airplanes, nature in all its diversity. What always stays the same in her work is the attention to detail, functionality, and quality. My favorites are her playful scraffito pieces as seen in the photo above. They make me smile.
