We have 35 artisans participating this upcoming weekend at the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland. Hand-wrought silver jewelry, hand-thrown pottery, hand-cut stone beads, up-cycled clothing, hand-rubbed wooden spoons, burl bowls, cutting boards… and so much more. Every weekend from now until the end of October. Handmade art and craft made by the creative folks of the region. Saturdays from 10-6 and Sundays from 11-5.
The weather forecast for the weekend is looking warm. We have battled with the rain for the first two weekends of market. Let us collectively keep the storms at bay. Think sunny weekend thoughts.
We have some new members joining us for this upcoming weekend. Susan Frank is a wonderful new artist who does miniature art pieces and super limited edition prints. I’ve been really impressed with her pieces, many of which feature locally inspired images. We also have a new face-painter joining us. Amber Bishop does face-painting as well as henna tattoos. We welcome them to the Lithia Artisans Market and wish them success in their artistic endeavors.
