Happy Fathers Day to all you dads out there in southern Oregon. Lithia Artisans Market will celebrate with an outstanding lineup of music for the weekend of June 16 and 17. I can’t think of a better way to honor dad than a trip down to Ashland Creek for lunch at any of the fine restaurants along Calle Guanajuato, live music, and an incredible assortment of handcrafted items.
MidSummer’s Dream Art and Music Festival is happening just a few blocks away from Lithia Artisans Market this coming weekend. Between the two shows there are over 100 artisans showing throughout Ashland. It is also Southern Oregon University commencement weekend. The town is buzzing with activity. Don’t let this be the weekend to just hang around the house. Get out and enjoy the community events going on all over Ashland, you just might find the perfect gift for dad or the graduate in your life. It is going to be a great Fathers Day Weekend.
