The Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland hosts 47 artists and craftspeople over the course of the upcoming weekend — Open this Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. This week we are featuring one of our newest artists at Lithia Artisans Market, Rachel Fisher. Rachel is the future… at 22 years young she has already found her style and is clearly following her passion. Her images are stunning. The more I see her paintings, the more I appreciate and admire her talent. Technically her pieces are impeccable; however, it is her wild color palate that really grabs my attention. Psychedelic watercolors swirl to create a vibrant background perfect for the totemistic animals depicted in unexpectedly rich saturations of playful color. Feast of Will is an annual event celebrating the opening of the Elizabethan Stage at Oregon Shakespearean Festival in Ashland, Oregon. The Feast of Will takes place this Friday, June 12th. The Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland welcomes the opening of the outdoor stage and encourages the patrons of the theater to be sure to stroll Calle Guanajuato along Ashland Creek and peruse the finely crafted items available every weekend at Lithia Artisans Market.
