Today was a beautiful day to plant, till, enjoy the earth. Tomorrow’s a great day to venture out to the Lithia Artisans Market and see natures bounty come through the art and craft of our local artisans. Over twenty artisans are signed up to participate in this weekends market.
The music lineup is great at Lithia Artisans Market this weekend. Click on the links of the musicians for YouTube vids, etc..

I have been following the movement of the weather. AccuWeather is calling for cloudy with a passing shower, and a high of about 63 degrees on Saturday. That sounds great to me … mid 60’s, creek babbling, incredible cloud formations and the backdrop of vibrant green hills behind Lithia Park in bloom. You have got to come prepared for a shower … maybe. Let the passing shower hit our gardens and miss us at the outdoor market. Visualize that. Honestly, can you think of a better place to call home, or a finer location to buy and sell locally produced art and craft. Wow…
So, let’s all pull our heads together for a great weekend on Calle Guanajuato. It is sidewalk sale weekend in Ashland. I realize that is not typically a great time to sell our art. We may not be able to compete with a lot of the giveaways that happen during the sidewalk sale on the sidewalks of downtown, but we offer something better. Now is the time of year the artisans offer some of their best work. The artisan has been busy readying for the season during the Winter months. In the Spring our offerings are fresh, new, and always accessible because you are buying from the creator of the piece.
I am coming to the market with gratitude for the opportunity to show what I make.
Here’s to a great weekend. Support local, it matters.
