This is the last weekend of the outdoor season for the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland, LAMA. We are going out strong with 39 local artisans showing their creations over the course of the two day event. I am excited to see so many folks still ready to show as we honor this last weekend of the season. The weather looks beautiful. Be sure to dress in layers, it is southern Oregon.
OPEN SATURDAY 10-5 AND SUNDAY 11-5
The market is full of amazing handcrafted items this weekend. Forged metal jewelry, woodwork, paintings, sculpture, cut stones, clothing, leather work, photography, painted silk and so much more. The air is crisp and clean, the sky is crystal blue, the leaves are falling, colors are everywhere as we wind down the outdoor season.
On behalf of the market I would like to thank our newest neighbors for being so easy to work with and generous with their time and understanding. Dave from Griffin Creek Coffee and Kay of Manna from Heaven Bakery have come onto the scene on Calle Guanajuato with gusto. We are excited about the connection.
The Lithia Artisans host two more indoor shows before the end of the year. The 19th Annual Christmas Faire takes place Thanksgiving Weekend at the Historic Ashland Armory, Nov. 29 – Dec. 1. Then we take the show on the road and head to the Medford Armory for The 15th Annual Holiday Market, Dec. 13-15. Two more opportunities after the outdoor season to purchase one-of-a-kind gifts from the best local artisans in the region. Stay tuned, more information on these events is coming soon.
