Beautiful clay creations by Alissa Clark, on display this weekend at the Lithia Artisans Market Ashland (LAMA).
33 artisans will be showing at the Lithia Artisans Market this upcoming weekend, October 28th and 29th. This is officially the largest final weekend the market has ever witnessed. The weather is stunning, the colors are in full array, and the artisans market is hosting an all-star cast of artsy, crafty folk. We are located behind the plaza, across from Lithia Park in the heart of downtown Ashland.

The art of Alissa Clark is featured in the image above. We don’t get to see a whole lot of this wonderful potter at the market these days because she now lives in Florence, Oregon. There she runs her own gallery, Alissa Clark Clayworks. Alissa has been a member of the Lithia Artisans guild for well over a decade. Her hand formed clay art is absolutely one of a kind and always makes me smile to see it on display. Her colors and themes go perfectly with the season. This is the last time this season you will get the chance to buy some of Ali’s work here at the market. Stoked to have her on board.

The art and finely crafted items you will discover this weekend are some truly amazing work. Here in Ashland we are blessed with talented, creative souls who follow their passion, and it shows in the evolution of their art-forms. One such artisan is Sunny Lindley of Sundial Arts Apparel. Sunny’s approach to silk screening continues to evolve and blend nicely into the fashion designs that she creates from organic fiber fabrics. Her color combinations, textures, and images are a perfect compliment to the colors on display right now in Lithia Park. It is a great weekend to join us for art, craft, and live music along the creek.
