This upcoming weekend, July 27 and 28, sees the market as full as it has been in over a month. 44 artisans are signed up to participate. Every corner of the market will be full of cool, handcrafted items.
Godspeed to all the firefighters on this wildfire up near Canyonville that erupted in the last couple days. Our prayers are with those battling the blaze. We are hopeful for quick containment. The valley is full of smoke today, but maybe the winds will shift for the weekend. Think blue sky thoughts!
OPEN SATURDAYS 10-6 AND SUNDAYS 11-5
The mind conceives of an idea and the hands use tools to create that which resides in the imagination. With time and practice an artisan tinkerer can make whatever their mind can conceive. Humans change things. At our very core, humans are makers. That is how we affect the world.
Featured in the photo above is the ever creative artist Erin Linton. Erin is always busy working on her art while showing at the Lithia Artisans Market. Come by and see her wonderful collection of originals, cards, and prints.
The market management will assess the air conditions during times of wildfire and smoke. If the air quality index is too unhealthy, the market is prone to close early. We are keeping a good thought, and hoping the air is better over the weekend than it is today.
