The upcoming weekend looks fabulous and we have a totally jam packed market full of locally crafted amazing creations. 34 artists and crafty souls will be showing their wares along Calle Guanajuato. Jewelry, pottery, wood work, clothing, photography, fine art, handmade soaps, body care products, and much more await those who stroll the walkway along Ashland Creek, behind the historic Ashland Plaza. The newly paved alleyway is a magical path full of art and craft, locally created by the folks who occupy the festive booths. Every weekend from March through October, Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-5.
This weekend we welcome back to the market many old familiar faces, some we haven’t seen in a few years, and some completely new artisans who have just recently joined this guild of creators. Seven new artisans have joined us so far this young season, and 5 of them will be showing over the weekend. If you haven’t been to the market in awhile then you owe it to yourself to check it out! A lot of great changes are in the works. Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland is a great place to spend a day, wander the park, take in the sights, and support local art, craft, and music.
