The Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland (LAMA) celebrates our 35th season on Calle Guanajuato. Opening weekend is scheduled for March 17th and 18th. Once again the sleepy little alleyway behind the plaza shops in downtown Ashland will come alive with colorful artisan run booths and live music along Ashland Creek.

SATURDAYS 10-6 / SUNDAYS 11-5

The market is grateful to work with Ashland Parks and Recreation to help make the downtown scene vibrant and lively, full of original, locally crafted goodness. The market runs from March 17th until the end of October. Open every weekend, weather permitting.

If you are a prospective artisan market member who makes your own unique art or craft, we encourage you to join our guild of artisans. This is the official beginning of our Annual Membership Drive. Please go to our Membership Information Page for more information. Applications are in pdf and word doc formats at the bottom of the page. Additionally, Jury Guidelines and the Member Handbook are also there as artisan resources. Beginning on Thursday, March 15th, we will be conducting Jury Committee Meetings every other Thursday in the Guanajuato Room in the Ashland Public Library. When you are ready to bring your creations to market, please follow the instructions on the Membership Information Page, and follow up with a phone call to the market manager to schedule an appointment to show your work. Phone numbers and additional information are available at the Membership Information Page.

For patrons of the Lithia Artisans Market, stay tuned for much more information coming in the next week about our opening weekend, March 17 and 18. We are very excited about the upcoming season and all the new creations the local artisan community has to share.
